Tri-State Christian Academy's Summer Athletic Camps are designed to help players of all levels improve their sills and understand the techniques of the game. All camps run Monday-Thursday 10am - 3pm. Cost:$110.00 per camp, $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required with each registration. Checks should be made payable to Tri-State Christian Academy. Registration forms available in the Main Office.

On Friday, November 6th the PTF will host a fun (spirit) night fundraiser for High School and Middle School Students at the Launch Park in Newark, DE. Middle School Jump Time: 4-6pm
High School Jump Time: 6-8pm
Cost per student: $14.00 for 1 hour; $24.00 for 2 hours (all to be paid directly to Launch Park the night of the event)
A parent/guardian must go online to www.launchde.com to complete a waiver for each student attending. Transportation to and from the Launch Park is the responsibility of parent/guardian.

Lastly - we are partnering with Modell's Sporting Goods this year and are encouraging our parents/students to shop there as well. For all your Athletic, PE, school UNIFORM needs. TSCA friends and families will receive 15% off of anything from July 31st through Sept 3rd. Please visit Modell's in Newark (across from Christiana Hospital near Home Depot/Best Buy) during that time. The modells coupon will be available at the front office or at the bookstore in August. But simply remember to mention TSCA upon checking out and you will receive the discount. TSCA Athletics will also receive a percentage of what is sold.
*All students interested in playing a Varsity/JV sport should attend these practices/try-outs, or contact the coach.

Boys Varsity Soccer (9th-12th grade) UPDATED 8/13/14 Head Coach: Colin Ford cford@tristatechristian.org Practice starts Monday August 11. We will practice Monday to Friday next week (8/11-15) from 3-5 each day. Then the following week we will have practice Monday to Wednesday 3-5. Thursday (21st) we have a scrimmage at home vs Newark Charter. Saturday (23rd) we have a tournament at Harford Christian School. That will cost $15 per player to participate in that tournament. TSCA will have a bus leaving at 2:45 for those students wishing to get a physical. Afterwards, we will return for open gym and pizza. Students will contact parents when they are ready to be picked up.
Crusader Summer Camp (TSCA students ages 6-13) and Crusader Summer Care (TSCA students ages 3-5)
June 9th- August 22nd (no camp July 4th)
9am - 4pm
Camp Fees: Registration: $30.00 per camper Full-Time Camper - $140 per week Part-Time Camper - $100 (3 days or less)
Multi-Camper Discounts: Available to siblings of registered campers (all campers must be registered TSCA Students). Full-Time Camper: $125 Part-Time Camper: $80
Extended Care Fees: Extended care will be available 7 - 8:45am and 4 -5pm at a cost of $20.00 per week per child. Any campers remaining after 5pm will be charged an additional late pick-up charge of $10.
Fees include: Camp T-Shirt, Weekly Field Trips and afternoon snacks, parents must provide a packed lunch and morning snack daily

Basketball season begins this weekend with our Tip-Off Tournament! Come out to cheer on your Crusaders! Tonight's game are scheduled for 4pm, 5:30 and 7pm with our Varsity Boys playing at 7pm. Tomorrow's games will be held at 9am, 10:30am, Noon and 1:30pm with Our Varsity Girls will play at 9am and Noon, Our Varsity Boys will also play (Time TBA).
Admission fees for basketball games are $4/Adult, $2/Student or $10/Family. There are seasonal Basketball Passes being sold at the front office or starting this weekend at the gate. $75.00 for a family pass to get into all home games. MS games will not be charging entrance fee unless those games are followed by JV or Varsity games, then there will be a gate fee at the start of those games.
Family Service Opportunity: We need parents to man the gate, please contact the front office if you would like to get your service hours to help at the gate during this basketball season.
On Wednesday, Feb 27th the boys basketball team leaves for Erie, Pa to play in the NCSAA national tournament. They will play 3 games, each of which will be broadcast live over the internet from this link. http://www.ihigh.com/ncsaa/
Their first round game will be a rematch of last year's first round victory over Upper Room Christian from Dix Hills, New York. Thursday 7:30pm

TSCA Varsity Soccer had a great preseason tourney at Elkton High on August 25th with 3 wins and 1 loss. Regular season starts this Thursday, August 30th at TCA.

On Friday night February 10th, the Class of 2012 varsity basketball players and cheerleaders will be honored before their respective games. The Crusaders will be taking on their Mid-Atlantic Independent Conference foes from Aquinas Academy at 5:30 pm (girls) and 7:00 pm. (boys). In addition, after the game, this year’s Mr. and Miss TSCA will be announced. It should be an exciting night. Please make plans now to come and support our Crusaders. We do charge an entrance fee to cover the cost of the officials, they are $4 for adults and $2 for students.
C.J. Dunston scored his 1,000th career point in the fourth quarter of a 56-45 victory against Harford Christian last night. Way to go C.J.!
We would like to congratulate our Tri-State Christian Academy Fall Sports Teams for their outstanding play! We have some excellent players and coaches. This week has seen some of our best games.
Volleyball: Our high school girls volleyball team defeated Tall Oaks Classical in a Mid-Atlantic Independent League play-off game. They advance to the MIL Semi at Tome vs Tome at 7:00pm on Thursday. The middle school volleyball team won their last game against DDS.
Cross County: Our cross country teams competed in the MIL Championship meet on Tuesday, and our middle and high school girls finished in second place.
Soccer: The boys middle school soccer team defeated The Christian Academy (Media, PA) 3-2 in a shoot-out on Monday. On Tuesday, our boys high school soccer team defeated Mt. Airy Christian 5-3 in the first round of the state playoffs. They advance to meet the #1 seed on Thursday at 3:30pm for a chance to go the MCST State Championship.
The efforts of our student athletes prove that our philosophy of athletics works. We take our students and 'coach'em up' and let them do what they can do in their respective sports. A big 'Thank You' to Mr. Bill Smith who directs our sports program. His efforts have continued a wonderful tradition of highly competitive athletics all accomplished with a Christ-like spirit.
