Jump Rope For Heart

jump-rope.jpg

This month across the country, businesses and schools are raising money for the American Heart Association. You can count TSCA as one of those organizations. Heart disease continues to be the nation's No. 1 killer. During the week of February 19 - 22 in all of our elementary and middle school gym classes, emphasis is going to be placed on jumping rope. We will ask each of our elementary and middle school students to collect sponsors to donate in our effort to raise $500. Mr. Wilson's vision for TSCA is to be a school that cares for others; this is one way for us to work together to help those who are battling heart disease in our community. The American Heart Association will be giving our students thank you gifts based on the amount of donations received. Let's show our support for this great cause!! Note: Please return your Parent Permission form by Friday, February 15th and your sponsor envelopes with donations by March 1st.

Winnie the Pooh

Once Again the Children's Theater Association will be visiting TSCA. This time they bring to us "Winnie the Pooh" - adapted into a mini musical from a variety of stories from A.A. Milne. Pooh has delighted millions with his gentle antics; now see him in story and song with sets, costumes, props and sound performed by adult actors. Our students in K3 - 3rd grade will enjoy this presentation on February 21st at 9:45. Parents who would like to come watch the show with their child, may purchase a ticket for $5.00. Please contact the Main Office to reserve your ticket.

My TSCA Parent Survey

We ask each family to submit a survey, either electronically or by hand. This survey allows you to have a say in your school. We ask questions relating to all facets of TSCA. The information collected is submitted to our staff and Board of Directors as we discuss possible policy changes for the 2013 - 14 school year. We stand committed to providing a quality Christ-centered education for families in the Tri-State region. We are so happy that you have partnered with us!
